We do! We have found that some homeowners are in need of proper documentation for HOA submittals. We are happy to work with the homeowner to determine their exact needs and provide supporting documentation. 

A 30-day warranty will be granted for plant and sod installations in the event of disease only. The customer must take proper action to protect plants from weather related events (extreme heat and freezes). The customer is responsible for winterizing and freeze protecting irrigation installations. Warranty is not applicable to replanting or transplanting of existing plants. 

Limited warranty is provided for workmanship and materials defects provided by Contractor only. Any items provided by the Client are not covered under this warranty. 

No warranty will be applicable to plant or sod installations without permanent irrigation installed prior to the plant or sod installation being complete. There must be dedicated zones to properly irrigation trees and flower beds (i.e. sod rotors are not sufficient for tree and plant installations) unless approved by Platinum Landscapes. 

Check or Payment App (Zelle, Venmo) is most popular. We can also accept Credit Card payments but they are subject to a 3% transaction fee. 

Each project is unique. Pending the scope of work and total cost of the project, the payment schedule may be set up for 25%, 30% or 50% payments.

Taxes are charged in accordance with the State of Texas and the Texas Comptroller's Office. 

  Sod Watering Schedule:

• Weeks 1-2: Water 2 time a day (morning and evening) for at least 10 minutes or until fully saturated.
• Weeks 2-4: Water 1 time a day (morning or evening) for at least 10 minutes or until fully saturated.
• Weeks 4+: Water every other day or as needed.

Plant Watering Schedule:

• Week 1-2: Water two times per day for approximately 10 minutes. The soil needs to remain moist.
• Weeks 3-5: Water one time per day for approximately 10 minutes.
• Once Established: Water every other day or as needed.

Tree Watering Schedule: 

• Frequency: 
  • 90-100 ̊ - Water Slowly Every Day (15-20minutes) 
  • 70-90 ̊-Water 4 days a week
  • 50-70 ̊ - Water 2 days a week
  • 50 ̊ and below - Water once a week
• Quantity:
  • 15 Gallon Tree - 5 gallons per watering
  • 30 Gallon Tree - 7 gallons per watering
  • 45 Gallon Tree - 10 gallons per watering
  • 65 Gallon Tree - 12 gallons per watering 
  • 100 Gallon Tree - 18 gallons per watering 
  • 200 Gallon Tree - 25 gallons per watering

During extreme heat events, please increase the frequency of watering to compensate for excessive heat. It is recommended to not water in direct sunlight or heat of the day. We recommend watering in the early mornings or at dusk.
